PROCUREMENT MANAGER - M/F

YOUR MISSION

Within the framework of the division's strategy and in compliance with the key indicators, the procurement manager applies the procurement strategy in compliance with quality, costs and deadlines.

Stocks

  • Manage direct purchasing stock and its flow, and draw up stock statements.
  • Set up supply plans, using existing and new forecasts
  • Applying and monitoring the company's stock management policy

 

Procurement/Scheduling

  • Draw up internal production schedules (finished products, sub-assemblies)
  • Generate the corresponding supply schedule
  • To process and monitor orders from issue to delivery, keeping internal customers informed of the progress of their orders
  • Take part in project launch meetings
  • Apply the purchasing/supplier quality policy (quality/costs/deadlines)
  • Ensure commercial relations with suppliers
  • Manage supplier risks and any disputes, non-conformity of customer files
  • Ensuring compliance with supply conditions in terms of costs, quality, lead times and payment terms, as defined in the business budget
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers
  • Update the purchasing database and check data conformity
  • Ensuring appropriate reporting to the line manager
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the service
  • Keeping abreast of market developments

YOUR PROFILE

BAC plus 3 in supply/flow management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.

  • Knowledge of logistics information systems and office automation tools
  • Knowledge of flows, storage locations, components and products
  • Rules for storing equipment and parts
