PACKINOV has recently put in place a complete a new remote connection module for its after-sales service: PACK'ASSIST.
PACK'ASSIST is a connected tool developed specifically for our teams to help you help you answer all your technical questions quickly and efficiently and help you in all circumstances (production, training, etc.).
PACK'ASSIST transforms the way we provide after-sales support to our customers.
Thanks to a simple connection via SMS linkour teams can see in real time the situation you are facing and guide you in resolving it.
Our aim is to simplify technical exchanges and to avoid any misinterpretation linked to technical vocabulary.

During a support call, a simple SMS is sent to your phone with a link to click.
No application to download, no account to create. By clicking on the link, thevisual and audio exchange can begin. Our teams can then take control of your camera to zoom in, orientate and target the area to be diagnosed.
PACK'ASSIST allows you to take photosannotate them, and share them on a website. common chat accessible by the customer. These elements remain recorded on the chat for several months in order to be able to access them whenever you like.
