The very innovative Nano from Packinov

The company of Béligneux has just won a trophy of innovation for a revolutionary pots filler.

 

Jean-Philippe Varenne really does not regret having taken the road to Rennes where he participated from March 8 to 10 at the Carrefour des Suppliers Agri-Food Industry. The Chairman of Packinov returned with an innovation trophy for his Nano, a rather revolutionary machine in its category of “Packaging & packaging”.

The company was set up at the entrance of the 2 B industrial zone in Béligneux and took over it in January 2011. The former owner wanted to retire and Jean-Philippe Varenne, after fifteen years with the automotive suppliers, In research and development and industrialization, wanted to take over a company to become self-employed.

In 5 years, Packinov has grown from 9 to 19 employees

In 2011, Packinov had nine employees, five years later they are nineteen, for a turnover of 3.2 million euros: “A good growth”, soberly states his boss. “We work mainly for the agri-food industry, at 75%. The rest is pharma cosmetics and the chemical industry.

” The niche of this SME, the design and manufacture of packaging machines with customers as many artisans as big groups like Bel, Lesieur or Saint-Hubert: from the design office to the installation through the Programming or after sales service, Packinov wants to develop a very close proximity with its customers by accompanying them throughout their project.

The company offers stand-alone equipment and automatic lines for packaging liquid, pasty or solid products in rigid preformed containers such as bottles, buckets, glass, cardboard or metal jars.

Up to 10,000 pots per hour

“Our machines will automatically supply the containers, they will dose in a layer or multilayers like some yogurts, seal the pot with a lid, close with a screw cap, press, clip, before labeling, labeling and verification. Also with a wide variety of flow rates, from 1,000 pots to 10,000 pots per hour.
