Packinov is based in the Rhônes-Alpes region : in La Valbonne (01), and situated between Lyon (30km) and Geneva (150km).
Packinov is a 12 persons team and belongs to the AXIUM Group, which includes Loire Plastic and Actipack Industry.

 We design, we manufacture, and we put into operation packaging machines with heat sealing, filling, unstacking, and conveying systems…

BASIC MACHINES : semi automatics systems

Can be used by their own as a manual unit or can be integrated to an automatic machine.  

• Filling System
  For liquid or semi-viscous products
  To fill from 10 ml to 2500 ml
  Pneumatic or electric system. 
  
• Heat sealing system
  By conduction 

TH80 : To seal Aluminium or plastic precut lids on to plastic or glass packagings. 

Well adapted to plastic jars, bottles, and cups, glass jars, and metallic boxes.  

This semi automatic system is mostly useful for small heatsealing production. 

TH500 : Buckets heat sealing system. 

 Used to seal plastic film on to plastic packagings such as buckets,
 jars and cups… 

 By induction  

Packinov is the sales representative of Relco in France. 
 

Semi automatic system :  

ICS 600 : the most compact induction sealing system available

 for tops diameters from 10 mm to 90 mm. 
 

ICS-1H and ICS-1.2H : for tops diameters from 15 mm to

165 mm.

Automatic system : 
 

MICS-1.5  : To seal caps from diameter 15 mm to 65 mm.
 

MICS-2  : To seal caps from diameter 20 mm to 110 mm.
 

R2 : To seal caps from diameter 15 mm to 110 mm without

changing tools. 

AUTOMATIC MACHINES  

This range of filling and conditionning systems (RMD*) are automatic systems. 

(*Roto Module Dépileur) 

Used to package preformed pots which are heat sealed with aluminium precut lids. 
 

RMD ECO : Used to fill semi viscous or liquid foods, with or with out pieces like in yoghourts, cream, fruit juices, or soups…

 RMD : Used to package preformed pots or cups which can be
  unstacked and sealed with lids and / or tops.
